How to Enter the Pacific Rim Wine Competition

Early bird discount $80.00 - available until TBD, the then price goes up to $85.00 and offline is $90.00

  • THE 2025 COMPETITION DATES ARE COMING SOON

  • Wine entry fee is $85 per entry in U.S. dollars. Send check or complete credit card information for payment. All checks are to be made out to Pacific Rim Wine Competition with notation of name of winery payment is for.

  • ENTRIES

    No limit of number of entries.

  • Wine shipment is to be received by TBD (you can start shipping anytime).

  • Please send four bottles of each wine entry, unless it's a the bottle is dessert wine (375ml), in which case, the winery should submit six entries. Don't forget to include the completed entry form. (Shipping dates can be flexible, with proper notice).

  • INTERNATIONAL ENTRIES

    We are NOT an importer or broker. Wineries are responsible for all costs associated with shipment of wines to us. This includes customs or duties associated with shipment.

    Wineries are responsible for registering with FDA before sending submissions.

    If your wine already has a COLA, please send samples through your importer.

    We have collaborated with Chris Braun to assist wineries that encounter difficulties.

  • ELIGIBILITY

    All bonded wineries, importers, licensed negociants and custom crush growers that make their wines commercially. All countries are included.

  • Judging location is at the National Orange Show Event Center in Southern California.

  • NOTIFICATION OF AWARDS

    All entrants will receive notification of the awards be email shortly after the completion of the wine judging. Results books and medals will be mailed out as soon as possible thereafter.

  • WINE LABEL COMPETITION

    All wines entered in the competition automatically qualify for the label judging. Those results will be released along with the wine judging results.
